If you have done a little acting in the past, or have always wanted to try acting but have never taken an acting class, or if you’re an aspiring director with little to no acting experience, this is the class for you. I will guide you through this art form to help you find your own process.

In this class we will delve deeper into acting concepts, character building and script analysis. This class is for those that have successfully completed Intro to Acting, or for seasoned actors looking to stay in shape and working at a high level. If you are a director wanting to delve more deeply into actor process, this is a class that would be right for you. There will be a showcase for students at the end of an 18 week period.

Using exercises and principles of the Suzuki Method of Actor Training combined with a scene study approach, we will delve deeply into being in a state of flow while acting onstage or in front of a camera. In this class we will explore acting concepts, character building and script analysis.

I have an introductory eight week session beginning Monday, July 10 and ending on Monday, August 28 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

Do you have an on-camera, or theatre audition that you need to tape? I will shoot, edit and coach you through your audition. Your audition could be shot in my studio, or I will bring my lighting gear and my camera and shoot your video from the comfort of your own space!

I have been on many sets and have been given the compliment by directors and producers that I come to the set prepared, focused, collaborative and very easy to work with. I bring out the best in actors and will bring that same attention to detail and calm to any set that I'm working on to help keep a production's vision alive.

I will work with you over Zoom either one on one, with a scene partner, or small group on what you’d like to focus on. I can work with anyone in the world either in English, or in Spanish!
